Do you have experience in processing loans from beginning to end? A private mortgage company is looking for a Loan Processor to join their close-knit team.
The company prides themselves on honesty, integrity, and respect. Most of their employees are tenured and stay because of the family-like environment.
You will be successful as a Loan Processor with this company if you are knowledgeable in processing loans start to finish and have a keen eye for details.
Loan Processor Responsibilities:
-Collect all documentation
-Contact Borrower to collect incomplete information
-Close between 20-25 loans/month
Loan Processor Requirements:
-1-3 years of processing experience for different investors
-Ability to take a loan from start to finish
-Previous experience working with government loans
Pay: Based on Experience
Need to be located in the Phoenix area, but currently work from home.
