A local, family owned construction company is looking to add an Accounts Payable and Front Office person to their team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. This position is unique in that your main duty will be Accounts Payable, but you are also in charge for the Front Desk too! You would be the first face and voice of the company, so if you love wearing multiple hats, enjoy your day having a variety of tasks this would be a great fit for you!
This company has been in business for 10+ years and specializes in excavating and heavy equipment rental and sales. They are having consistent growth all through the PNW!
Accounts Payables and Front Desk Job Duties:
- Answer phones
- File and sort documents
- Match invoices
- Data entry
- Reconcile bank statements
This position offers a lot of growth, so someone that is determined to do their best would be a great fit for this role!
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Accounts Payable and Front Desk Job Qualifications:- Front office experience - in a construction environment preferred!
- Strong 10 key/ data entry
- Minimum 2-years experience accounts payable and invoicing required
- Have a "can-do" attitude
