This food production company makes a wide variety of soups in their state-of-the-art facility, which are then distributed to retailers throughout the country. 

Line Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day production
  
• Coordinate and motivate teams
• Create Staffing Schedules
• Training Employees
• Ensure a safe work environment

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 3am to 3pm

Production Lead Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership experience production or manufacturing environment
  
• Skilled in producing reporting and KPI's
• Kaizen Projects
• Continuous Improvement 
• High school diploma or GED

Pay: $23/hour + DOE So much growth opportunity!
