The Receptionist duties include:

• Manage a high volume of client calls
  
• Utilize company software and Microsoft Outlook for client files and communication
  
• Assist with data entry of applications
  
• Preparing and mailing client communications

• Experience with a multi-phone system
  
• Microsoft Word and Outlook proficient 
  
• 2+ years of customer service experience
