An equipment supply company located in Monroe is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team! This is an opportunity for you to join a company that provides an amazing atmosphere for its employees. The Bookkeeper role is a full-time, Temp to Hire position at a company that enjoys serving and helping the local community. Also, there is an opportunity to work from home at times!
In this Bookkeeper role, you will be assisting in financial and nonfinancial tasks. You would be issuing invoices to customers through various databases and performing basic bank reconciliation.
This reputable company is well known for providing event support and
logistics, crisis management, and incident response. When there is a natural disaster, they are
ready to help with specialized mobile equipment and containerized solutions, including kitchens, freezers, refrigerators, storage, showers, laundry, hard
and soft-sided shelters, and all related amenities to support first responders during emergencies and event personnel during large events.
Bookkeeper Duties Job Duties:
- Perform all daily billing functions in integrated systems
- Timely and accurately process payments on invoices/billings
- Keep and maintain an accurate general ledger

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Bookkeeper Duties Requirements:
- 6+ months experience with invoicing and billing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be productive independently with strong organization skills and great attention to detail
Compensation:
$19.00+/hour - depending on experience
