This is a local juice manufacturing company that is currently looking to add a Grave Shift- Production Supervisor to their growing warehouse team!

This company supplies juice products to various clients ranging from K-12 education, health care facilities and much more. You will be able to work in their state-of-the-art facility that offers plenty of opportunities for growth.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be accountable to provide leadership and supervisory coordination in all aspects of production.

Production Supervisor Job Duties:

• coach and monitor employee performance
• monitor production line
• assist on line as needed
• flexible to other departments as needed
• any other duties assigned by leadership

Schedule: grave shift 7PM-7:30AM

This is a rotating schedule 2,2,3 (2 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

Training will be 4-6 weeks on first shift which is 7am-7:30pm. Then you will move to grave shift

Production Supervisor Job Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Supervisor or a lead in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to successfully lead a team
• Able to lift up to 50lbs consistently
• Proven ability to communicate effectively

Pay: Starting at $25 OR DOE
