Non-Profit Program Assistant

Full-time, Temporary, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm

Opportunity to support an amazing Seattle non-profit organization in preparing for their major fundraising event of the year! This organization is a world-class non-profit research and healthcare facility in Seattle and their mission is to find a cure for cancer. 

If you have 2+ years of administrative Program Assistant experience working with Raiser's Edge non-profit fundraising software system, this could be a meaningful and memorable opportunity for you!

The Program Assistant will support the Donor Gift Services team in creating electronic files and updating database with participant and sponsor information, documenting donor contributions, processing payments, assembling participant swag packets, and other tasks as assigned. 

The full-time temporary Program Assistant position is anticipated to last through the end of August. 

Non-Profit Program Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Print and package gift acknowledgements for donors and sponsors
  • Document gift adjustments in Raiser's Edge fundraising software system
  • Add documentation and make edits in SharePoint
  • Participate in and take notes for team meetings
  • Assemble packages of supplies and gifts for participants
  • Receive and sort mail for the department

On-site COVID19 Safety Measures:

  • All employees complete an online health screening prior to coming to work each day.
  • All employees have temperature screened prior to entering facility.
  • Face masks are worn while working (employer will provide if needed).
  • Adherence to safe social distancing in all work areas.
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas of facility throughout each day.
Non-Profit Program Assistant Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with Raiser's Edge
  • Accuracy and experience in high-volume data entry
  • Advanced proficiency working with MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience with MS Teams and Zoom participation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SharePoint
  • Experience working with Smartsheet

Pay: $20.00/hr - get paid weekly!

Location: South Lake Union area of Seattle - easy access via public transportation!

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
