We have immediate openings for multiple General Labor associates at a very unique, sustainable materials manufacturer in the Port of Tacoma area.  This is an entry-level temp-to-hire opportunity at an employer that truly cares for their employees. You'll be trained and certified on forklift, receive fully paid benefits once hired permanent, and have the the opportunity to expand your skill set significantly.

General Labor Associate Job Duties: 

• Unroll sheets of paper to desired length
• Pushing or pulling large stacks of coated paper onto press tables
• Stack paper to specific quantity requirements
• Use a forklift (will train and certify) to move materials between machines, or to the warehouse 
• Additional warehouse help as needed

Schedule:

• Day shift: 7:00am-11:00pm Monday-Friday
• Graveyard shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday night - Thursday night

General Labor Associate Requirements: 

• Able to read a tape measure
• Able to lift up to 40lbs, and push or pull heavy objects
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Comfortable learning how to use a forklift (previous experience a plus)

Pay: $15 an hour
