This company takes pride in a very rare process called Sublimation, which creates a wood grain design on sheet metal! They are 1 of 5 companies in the US that complete this process. In this role as an Accounting Assistant, you will be helping with Accounts Payable and Receivable!  This is a great opportunity to grow within a family owned business!

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Working with an ERP system (accounting system)
• Handling Corporate accounts 
• Data entry using Microsoft Excel

COVID-19 safety measures:

• Sanitizing work area regularly
• Mask required if you are within 6ft of another employee

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM

Accounting Assistant Requirements:

• 2 years experience with accounts payable and receivable in Corporate Accounting
• Experience with an ERP system
• Experience using Microsoft Excel 
• Some college courses required

Pay: $55K DOE
