Looking for long-term and steady employment? An international packaging specialty company is currently look for Warehouse Production Packaging Associates to add to their Wilsonville team.
This company makes rigid corner protection for northwest fruit and veggie growers. Because of they are a food packaging company, they are considered an essential business. This means that business right now is not slowing down. Just the opposite, they are looking to grow!

These warehouse packaging associate roles are full-time, temp-to-hire positions. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth, and they will cross-train you into other positions in the warehouse.
Warehouse Production Packaging Associate Duties:
- Stacking finished product
- Make sure correct number in each stack
- Palletizing shipping boxes
You will be successful in this role if you enjoy a steady work flow while learning the ropes for seasoned veterans.
COVID19 precautions:
- Six feet of social distance between employees
- Staggered break/lunch times with only 2 employees per table allowed for social distancing
- Increased sanitation schedules
- Employee hand-washing stations and sanitizer available
Warehouse Production Packaging Associate Requirements:
- Willingness to learn machine setup and forklift operation
- Comfortable standing for 10 hours at a time, bend repeatedly and lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Steel-toed boots are required
Pay:
- Day Shift: $16/hr
- Swing Shift: $16.75/hr.
Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
- Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 3:15pm-2am
