This is a direct hire opportunity with a family-owned Petroleum distributions company in NW Industrial Portland. They distribute petroleum equipment, and industrial pumps and compressors to companies and clients across the United States.

Accounts Payable Supervisor duties:

• Process, verify, and post accounts payable records.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for Accounts Payable Specialists
• Troubleshoot software issues with specialists
• Delegate and oversea all vender credit applications

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Supervisor:

• Two years of experience working in Accounts Payable
• Leadership or management experience
• Experience and efficiency with MS Office Suites and Outlook

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 DOE
