If you are looking for a Temporary Receptionist position until the end of 2021, this may be the perfect fit for you! This temporary position is expected to last from July until the end of December and is with a leading windows and doors manufacturing company.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, filing, monitoring and responding to the company's main email, data entry, and assisting as needed in other departments. Located in Fife, this relaxed office atmosphere is a great place to work for those who enjoy a family-like environment.
Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate party
- Filing invoices
- Assisting Accounting department with data entry
- Monitoring main company email address
Requirements:
- 6+ months related experience in Reception, Front Office, or Office Administration
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel primarily
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
COVID-19 Safety Precautions:
- Limiting number of people in office
- Additional sanitizing and cleaning performed regularly
- Masks required when within 6' of other people
Pay: $17
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Fife, with lots of free parking available!
