A globally known company that provides network security supplies is looking to add a Collections Specialist to their growing team!
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity on Day Shift.
Collections Specialist Duties:
- Managing past due invoices
- Working with the corporate sales team for quotes and billing
- Sending payment reminders
- Communicating with customers in a timely manner when payment has not been received
You will succeed in this Collections Specialist role if you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy independent work and problem solving.

Schedule: Day Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 7am-4pm
Collections Specialist Requirements:
- +1 year of customer service experience
- +1 year working with billing/collections
- Knowledgeable around different Credit Bureaus
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP platforms
Pay: $26/hour
