This growing company that builds homes in the greater Seattle area has a full-time, temp-to-hire opening on their team for an Accounts Payable person.

Accounts Payable Job Duties:

• Identify vendors, create checks, mail and file paperwork
• Receive calls for purchase orders and enter those purchase orders into system
• Enter invoices in AP
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms

You will be successful in this role if you are customer service oriented and work well on a team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Accounts Payable Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with accounting in the construction field is a plus!
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Ability to have polite and appropriate phone conversations with customers

Pay: $25/hour
