In addition to supporting others, you will also receive 1/1 support from you manager to develop your professional skills. In this role, you will develop strong interpersonal skills, understand how to engage with others more effectively all while learning expert level problem solving skills.
Human Resources Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates and make hiring decisions
- Fill open positions with local businesses who are currently working with TERRA Staffing Group
- Manage timecards for field employees
- Account management
- Conduct on-site visits with local companies with partner with
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Experience Required:
- Min. 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a leadership position
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office programs
- Strong customer service skills

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate:
- $21-23/hr. depending on experience
