A leading manufacturer in Snohomish County is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a company that produces delicious products in the Everett area! In this Human Resources Generalist role, you will be the Senior Level member onsite for a large facility with over 350 employees that adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in LEAN manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge and understanding of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPPA, and EEO. This role is heavily focused on communications with leadership, vendors, and employees and requires a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
Requirements for this Human Resources Generalist:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Work experience with OSHA Laws and Regulations as well as OSHA industrial hygiene
- Strong recruiting experience
- Payroll experience - Paycom experience a bonus!
- PHR Certification preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM Must be able to work any shift - to create a safety culture on all shifts - Flexibility and overtime are required!
Pay: $70K Annually Based On Experience | Sign-on Bonus!
