A well-established real-estate and development company in downtown Bellevue is looking to add Security Officers on their rapidly growing team. This is a family owned company has worked hard to create a positive company culture and provides 800 hours of paid training to new employees in their first year!

Job duties will include:

•  Patrolling the mall and surrounding properties
  
• Using de-escalation tactics to resolve situations
  
• Writing incident reports and documentation
  
• Communicating effectively in a team
  
• Getting certified in a variety of trainings

Schedule:

• Grave shift: 10pm-6am
  

 Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt
• Positive attitude
