A leader in digital printing and marketing is hiring a full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Support Specialist for their peak holiday season. This position offers paid training, a team-oriented environment and the ability to learn new skills!
This company provides personalized printing and marketing services for photo books, photo products, and business projects.
In this role, you will use your strong written communication skills, computer literacy, and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot external clients' issues and provide clients with timely solutions to their problems.

Customer Support Specialist Job
Description:
- Communicate with external clients through email, phone and partner portal system
- Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure orders are completed accurately
- Look up orders in database and run reports
- Check on clients' quality concerns
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting
Customer Support Specialist Job Requirements:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- 1 year of Technical Support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Tableau and Excel preferred)
- Experience in graphic arts/print manufacturing a plus, but not required
