One of the largest and most cutting-edge plastic manufacturers in the Puget Sound is now hiring Entry Level Production Associates.
This is a full-time, temp to-hire position that offers a PAID lunch, steady schedule, positive work environment, great benefits, once hired on and the opportunity to learn a new trade skill.
Current openings are on the Day and Night shift - pick the shift that works best for you!
Entry Level Production Associate Duties:
- Loading and unloading plastic product into machinery
- Learn how to set up, run, and break down several types of machines
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Basic assembly of plastic products
- Other general labor duties as needed

Schedule: Rotating 12 hours shifts
- Day shift: 7:00am-7:00pm,
- Night shift: 7:00pm-7:00am
Example of the rotating schedule:
- Week 1 ON: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
- Week 1 Off: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
- Week 2 ON: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Week 2 Off: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
Entry Level Production Associate Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined, ability to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure
- Desire to learn how to set up, run, and break down several types of machines
- Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently
Pay: $17-$17.50/hr
