Exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant position with a company that offers competitive pay, work-life balance, and no weekends!
An off-road vehicle accessories manufacturer in Clackamas is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their accounting team with end of year wrap up tasks, and set up for tax season.
This is a temporary position with a company that wants to see you succeed - including paid on-the-job training!
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Processing of payroll for employees
- Invoicing for company clients

Data Entry and generating reports

Preparing
end of year documents
You will be a great fit for this position if you enjoy fast-paced, detail-oriented work!
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- ADP, Workforce Now and Excel experience preferred
- Data Entry or Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM
Pay: $25-30/hr. DOE
