A manufacturing company that makes windows has full-time, permanent openings on their team for a Production Lead.

Production Lead Job Duties:

• Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
• Work with Shift Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel to achieve an efficient operation at all times.
• Assist Shift Supervisor to see that all manufacturing orders are followed properly to completion and are filled out properly before turning in.
• Support training and development of team members.

You will be successful in this role if you are eager to learn and enjoy being active on the job.

Schedules: Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturday as needed

• Swing Shift: 3:30PM-1:30AM

Production Lead Requirements:

• 2 plus years of leadership experience in a window or door manufacturing setting
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Able to lift 75+ lbs. on a regular basis
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay: $23-$25/hr DOE
