Looking to grow into a leadership position? An aerospace company in Mountlake Terrace is looking to add an entry-level Manufacturing Lead to their team!

This finishing shop offers a wide variety of applications & services in the plastics and molding industry. They specialize in painting, coating, and sandblasting interior plastic molding aircraft parts.

This is a temp-to-hire role with an aerospace manufacturing company that offers full-time hours, great benefits, and opportunities for growth.

This position is entry-level and does not require lead experience and will train! 

Manufacturing Lead Responsibilities:

• Ensure powder coaters and production workers have their duties for the day.
• Ensure schedule and deadline are being met.
• Verify powder inventory is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with training and check that parts are being processed properly.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 am - 3:00 pm, need to be open to overtime.

People who are successful in this role are problem solvers and want to learn how to lead a team.

Manufacturing Lead Requirements:

• Over 4 years of recent experience on a shop floor or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with meeting production deadlines.
• Comfortable standing for 8+ hours.
• Powder Coating industry experience is a plus!

Pay: Up to $24/hour, depending on experience.
