You'd be working for the largest real estate and development company in Bellevue as a Full-time Maintenance Technician. They are a family-owned company focused on their employees happiness and offer amazing benefits and career growth!
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
- Perform repairs or general maintenance work throughout the property
- Respond to trouble calls, equipment failures, and work requests
- Document service calls
Requirements:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (light plumbing and electrical)
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Ability lift 50lbs, stand, bend, and walk during your shift
