TERRA Staffing Group, named Best of Staffing® 11 years running, is looking to add a Staffing Specialist to its Kirkland branch!

Previous experience in recruiting is not required, but we are looking for an experienced customer service professional. As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll contribute to the overall health of the branch. Not only will you ensure client satisfaction with high volume hiring needs, you’ll also work closely with job seekers to create a successful match.

Staffing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting client fulfillment goals and job seeker satisfaction

• Strong communication to teammates, candidates and clients

• Interviewing and onboarding candidates

• Performing reference and background checks

Staffing Specialist Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service or sales role - Perfect for someone with a retail background

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Previous busy, multi-line phone experience is highly preferred

• MS Office proficiency

• Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

 Base starting at $23.48 per hour + bonus
