As an Aerospace Engineering Manager, you will direct the Engineering group, oversee Project Management, New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Engineering, Configuration Control and related functions.

Aerospace Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and direct multiple New Product Introduction projects
•  Analyze technology, resource needs, and customer requirements of NPI projects
• Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
• Works with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality and other groups as necessary to ensure on-time delivery and quality
• Ensure that the engineering department goals and processes are in agreement with all Division goals and other company departments.
• Define, and refine group metrics to effectively monitor performance to Division goals and Key Performance Indicators
• Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development

Aerospace Manufacturing Manager Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience managing Engineering team in Aerospace Manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Engineering
• Requires strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including NPI and Continuous Improvement.
• Specific experience related to product development and design process oversight desired.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills necessary for effective interaction with high level customers and key individuals throughout the organization.

Requires strong understanding of MRP/ERP Salary: $135K+ DOE
