A leading food production company in Denver has immediate openings for Production Leads.

This is a full-time, temp to hire job, with openings on 1st and 2nd shift. It offers competitive pay, opportunities for growth and cross-training, and great benefits when hired on.

Production Lead Duties:

• Set up production line before shift starts
• Help train new starts
• Work on production line as needed
• Track production goals

You will be successful in this role if you love working on a team, thrive in fast pace environment, and are a hard worker.

COVID-19 Safety Measures:

• All employees and visitors are required to wear a face mask and a face shield
• Temperature taken every time you enter the building
• Sanitizing stations throughout facility
• Social distancing

Schedule: multiple 10 or 12 hour shifts available - Must be flexible for OT

Below are some sample schedules:

• 10 hour shifts
• Monday to Thursday 3:00pm – 1:00am

• 12 hour shifts
• Monday to Thursday 3:00am – 3:00pm
• Monday to Thursday 5:30am – 5:30pm

Production Lead Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a lead or supervisor role
• Experience in a production environment
• Ability to stand on feet for 10 to 12 hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly
• Willing and able to comply with GMPs

Pay: $23  per hour – get paid every Friday!

• $1 Shift differential for 2nd shift
