This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join an established and fast-growing life sciences company that is making significant breakthroughs in antimicrobial therapies that prevent and treat a broad spectrum of infections including those caused by drug-resistant pathogens.
With their innovative technology, they have been successful at addressing infections across many therapeutic areas in healthcare while remaining environmentally safe and providing substantial public health benefits that are making a huge impact on the healthcare industry and patients around the world.
At this time, they are seeking a process improvement driven Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance Team and overseeing the development and improvement of the QMS, CAPA and complaint programs.
Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Development, implementation, and improvement of the Quality Management System
- Manage, develop and lead the Quality Assurance Team
- Oversee the CAPA program including Root Cause Analysis, CAPA plans, CAPA verification, and CAPA closure
- Manage complaint program including complaint investigations
- Internal and external audits
Quality Assurance Manager Qualifications:
- 4 + years of Quality Assurance and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems experience
- 2 + years of experience managing, developing, and leading quality assurance teams
- Process improvement, development, and implementation of Quality Management Systems
- Internal and external audit experience
- Experience managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA's) including Root Cause Analysis
- Complaints and investigation experience
Location: Bothell
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: 104K - 135K + DOE
