A well-known local non-profit research and healthcare organization in Downtown Seattle is looking for a temporary Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist supports the organization with daily procurement and buying responsibilities as well as data entry.
Procurement Specialist Job Duties:
- Utilizing Peoplesoft to prepare purchase orders
- Vendor management and follow up
- Assist procurement team with data entry
- Provide customer service to internal customers regarding order status
- Administrative duties
You will be successful in this role if you have strong attention to detail and experience in procurement!
Pay: $22-25/hr DOE
Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Procurement Specialist Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics
- Demonstrated experience with data entry
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and Peoplesoft
Location: South Lake Union, Seattle
- This is a remote position, but candidates must have the ability to go in office if needed.
