Cascade Coffee is rapidly growing and they're hiring multiple full-time, temp-to-hire Coffee Production Associates. They have openings on all of their Day, Swing, and night shift teams - so pick your shift!
This local coffee company creates its signature coffee beans in its clean & organized facility in Everett - from start to finish, everything is done in-house.
As a Coffee Production Associate, you'll learn every step of the coffee production process - roasting the coffee beans, monitoring pre-programmed machines, and packaging the completed product to ship to customers.

Coffee Production Associate Job Duties:
- Operate coffee production machines and equipment.
- Document quality & inventory.
- Package the finished product.
- Prepare product for shipment
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Available Schedules:
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm OR 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Swing Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm OR Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
- Night Shifts:
- Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am
- Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 pm - 7:00 am
Coffee Production Associate Job Requirements:
- At least 3 months of experience working in a production environment or operating machines or equipment.
- Comfortable navigating a computer.
- Able to stand and use stairs throughout your shift.
- Able to consistently lift & pull up to 50 lbs.
