In this temp-to-hire Production Associate role, you will be part of a team that provides one-on-one training, growth opportunities, and stability. It's a great opportunity to develop new skills and even uses some artistic flare in creating each product!
Production Associate Job Duties:
- Filling watersports paddle molds with resin
- Inspecting the quality of the products
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Day Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM
- Swing Shift: 2:45PM to 11:15PM
Production Associate Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in any industry
- Experience using hand tools OR willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly
- Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day
Pay ($2/hr raise after 8 weeks of training!):
- Day Shift: $18.23/hour
- Swing Shift: $19.23/hour
