This opportunity is with a locally based concierge healthcare provider that ensures they provide the best care for their patients. Now spanning the nation with 13 medical offices and growing, MD2 is the preeminent provider of personalized medicine.
Staff Accountant Job Duties:
- Performing full-cycle accounting activities
- Preparing month end account & income reconciliations
- Respond to clinic and Patient billing inquiries
- Process payment of the monthly administrative fees to the company
- File personal property taxes.
- Yearly preparation of 1099 document an related year end forms.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Staff Accountant Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Outstanding MS Excel skills.
- Degree or certificate in accounting or related field.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Fluent in English with ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Experience with automated accounting and payroll systems
Pay: $70k--$75k depending on experience
