A Washington-based company that specializes in HVAC and water heating is adding a Payroll Specialist to their team.

You'll oversee payroll activities as well as organize and arrange for permits for field technicians.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Payroll (Payroll/Tax/Garnishment processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements)
• Call state agencies to get permits and permit approval for field technicians.
• Maintain payroll and permit records.
• Additional duties as needed.

You'll be successful in this role if you're passionate about meeting deadlines and have an obsession with accuracy!

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with accounting software (ADP) working specifically with payroll entry.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite.
• Experience working with QuickBooks and Service Titan.
• Ability to work independently.

Pay: $25-$30

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm or 9:00am-5:30pm
