Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for your new long-term opportunity? If so, this position may be a great fit for you!
This is a well-established company with multiple locations throughout the valley. They are the world’s largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool supplies and equipment. This is a full-time Accounts Receivable office position located in the North West Valley.
You will be successful in this role if you are tech savvy, have excellent customer service, and are eager for growth opportunities!
Accounts Receivable Specialist Duties:
- Receiving payments
- Processing payments
- Data entry utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Communicating with customers
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7 AM – 4 PM
Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
- 1 year experience working in an Accounts Receivable position specializing in credit and collections
- Background in construction
- Excellent customer service
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls
- Knowledge of lean laws is a plus!
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour; DOE
Benefits: Upon Hire
