Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and sending invoices and payments
- Vendor check-ins
- Help the full-time accounting clerk with any payroll needs
- 1-3 years accounting/accounts payable/accounts receiving experience
- Experience and want to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience using payroll software (particularly ADP)
- Attention to detail
- The start time is flexible between 7 AM - 9 AM, so if you need a specific start time due to childcare/school/etc., this is the job for you!
