This company roasts and packages its coffee--everything is done in-house. So as a Grinder, you're responsible for roasting coffee beans, ensuring quality standards, and recording accurate production information.

The Grinder role is full-time, temporary-to-hire, and openings are available on the Swing Shift.

Grinder OperatorJob Duties:

• Operates roasting machines and other machines for coffee production
• Maintain accurate records and inventory on a computerized system
• Service equipment in the roasting department
• Loading coffee into the machines

Grinder Operator Requirements:

• Machine operating experience preferred
• Computer/basic data entry knowledge
• Ability to go up and down stairs throughout shift
• Ability to regularly lift/pull 50+ lbs. throughout the shift

Schedule: Swing (5) 8-hour shifts.

• Swing Shift: 2:30 pm-11:00 pm Sunday - Thursday

Pay: $18.25-$19.50
