A national company that distributes production and maintenance supplies for the aerospace industry is looking to add a Warehouse Lead to their team. If you have leadership experience in distribution and are experienced with shipping and receiving, you could be a great fit!

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire Warehouse Lead opportunity that offers on the job training, a consistent schedule, benefits upon conversion, and an annual review process with merit increases.

Warehouse Lead Job Duties:

• Lead a team of 2 employees and support with training
• Use a pick sheet to accurately pick orders
• Pack, schedule, and ship orders using UPS and FedEx
• Quality check incoming and outgoing product

You will be successful in this role if you are reliable, have attention to detail, and enjoy a quiet, independent work environment.

Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $25 per hour

Warehouse Lead Job Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Experience shipping hazardous materials
• Proficient computer skills- able to navigate an ERP system and shipping programs
• 1+ years of leadership and warehouse experience
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in the aviation industry a plus!
