This is the perfect role for a reliable and independent self-starter that is looking to work with a laidback environment.
Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and improvements to building interior and exterior
- Repair and replace fixtures, locks, etc.
- Arrange and coordinate with vendors
- Perform plumbing repairs
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, with 9am or 10am start
Facilities Maintenance Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Superior communication skills
- Previous maintenance experience
