A Food Production company is looking for QA Lab Tech Lead to join their team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with the potential for internal growth!
This location produces Italian sauces for retailers across the country, including high-end Italian restaurants, Walmart, Sam's Club, and your local grocery store! They are looking for reliable people who have a passion for producing high-quality food products. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door to a great company!
In this role, you will work in the production facility leading a team of QA technicians and sanitation techs to ensure the products are following all GMP. PPE and personal protective equipment will be required daily.
They also offer paid training! You will be trained on everything you need to know!
QA Lab Technician Lead Job Duties:
- Monitoring all aspects of quality function
- Using ETQ system - Truco Ent
- Monitoring GMP is being followed by all employees
- Managing a team of 10
- Prepare paperwork for the day and filing at the end of the day
You will be successful in this role if you like being on your feet active, are reliable, and can work in warm/cold temperatures.
Schedules: Monday to Friday 2 PM to 10:30 PM
Requirements:
- Quality Control experience
- Leadership experience
- Ability to be on your feet for 10 hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
