A local construction company that manufactures Steel buildings is looking to bring on a full time Customer Service Representative. This company manufactures custom buildings including: warehouses, garages, she sheds and man caves. Be a part of a great team that values their product and employees!
Customer Service Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service - front facing and phone
- Processing orders
- De-escalating customer concerns
- Utilizing Sage Software
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Customer Service Job Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years in Customer Service
- Experience using Sage software
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
