This company is a global manufacturer and distributor of high-pressure laminate and other engineered materials for residential and commercial interiors. They are seeking a skilled full-time, temp-to-hire Production | Machine Operator to add to their team! The facility is located in West Dallas with locations across the nation. The team of individuals on site are hardworking, down to earth, and find value in producing quality products.

At this facility, they produce/distribute countertops, cabinets, waterproof wall panels, and quartz. The machine operator is responsible for producing the panels using a Cold Press Laminating Machine. A typical day in this role would include standing on your feet for the entire shift, lifting and moving large sheets of wood and laminate, and running the machine. This is a fast-paced position and the ideal person for this position has manufacturing experience, woodworking experience, measuring experience, and machine operation.

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Machine operation and basic maintenance.
• Picking large panels by hand consists which consists of upper body work and the ability to lift 75 pounds without accommodation
• Moving quickly as this is a fast-paced position

You will be successful in this role if you are a hard worker and have a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm! (Overtime Required)

Production Associate Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or machine operator role.
• Ability to lift 75lbs on a regular basis
• A plus if you have woodworking or cabinet shop experience.

Pay: $18.50/hr
