A vitamin manufacturing company in Clackamas wants you to join their team as a Machine Operator. This company is responsible for the encapsulation of numerous health and nutritional supplements that are valued across a wide variety of industries.
As the Machine Operator, you will be running the machines that create the vitamins and supplements. This will include setting up and breaking down the machine as well as loading materials as needed.
Machine Operator Job Duties:
- Load blended powder into the semi-automatic machine for the encapsulation process
- Set-up and breakdown of machine and fixtures for processing
- Washing parts as well as general cleaning
- Move, stack, and load machines
Monday-Friday
- Days: 6am-2:30pm
- Swing: 2pm-10:30pm
- Nights: 10pm-6:30am
Machine Operator Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude (can come from previous machine operating experience, working on cars, construction, etc.)
- Being comfortable wearing a respirator and bunny suit for your entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs occasionally through your shift
Pay: $23/hr. to start, $2/hr. raise after fully trained on the equipment.
