Do you have experience with commercial lease management and negotiations? A local paint and equipment supplier for the automotive refinish, aerospace and marine industries is looking to bring on a Commercial Lease & Fleet Manager to join their growing team.
This company has been around for over 45 years and this is an exciting time to join. If you have experience with commercial lease management and negotiations, managing maintenance and compliance across multiple locations and high-volume asset management, this full-time direct hire opportunity is the role for you!

Commercial Lease & Fleet Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate commercial lease renewals for 130+ properties
- Maintain compliance and appropriate insurance coverage for all properties and assets
- Work with corporate and regional managers to identify current & future building needs
- Track and manage a fleet of vehicles of 400+
- Procurement and registration of new vehicles as needed
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Commercial Lease & Fleet Manager Requirements:
- 1+ years of commercial lease management experience
- Experience with commercial lease and contract negotiations
- 1+ years of high volume asset management experience (automotive assets preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented
Compensation:
- $130,000 - $160,000+ DOE
