If you have experience with commercial lease management and negotiations, managing maintenance and compliance across multiple locations and high-volume asset management, this full-time direct hire opportunity is the role for you!

Commercial Lease & Fleet Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate commercial lease renewals for 130+ properties
• Maintain compliance and appropriate insurance coverage for all properties and assets
• Work with corporate and regional managers to identify current & future building needs
• Track and manage a fleet of vehicles of 400+
• Procurement and registration of new vehicles as needed

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Commercial Lease & Fleet Manager Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial lease management experience
• Experience with commercial lease and contract negotiations
• 1+ years of high volume asset management experience (automotive assets preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented

Compensation:

• $130,000 - $160,000+ DOE
