Are you a fun and driven Drafter/Project Engineer looking for an opportunity to grow your skills? This Drafter/Project Engineer role gives you the opportunity to create shop drawings for custom casework and millwork projects. 

This opportunity is with a long established, family owned woodworking company in Woodinville that manufactures customized cabinets and interiors as ordered by their customers. In this role you will read and interpret architectural construction documents and oversee shop drawings through the entirety of the project. From conception to fabrication, you will coordinate project scope to ensure accuracy and success!

Drafter/Project Engineer Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural construction documents
• Draft casework and millwork per project documents and quotes
• Oversee the submittal and approval process and update shop drawings
• Coordinate with operations department, architects, general contractors and vendors
• Release shop drawings to production, including running programs through Microvellum

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (some flexibility) 

Drafter/Project Engineer Requirements:

• 2+ years of AutoCAD experience (Microvellum a plus)
• 1+ years of project coordination experience
• Experience reading architectural drawings
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Compensation:

• $35-$45/hr. DOE
