Are you looking for a Full-Time opportunity that offers room for growth? A local Vancouver distributor of hoses and parts is looking to add someone to their Warehouse Assembly team.  

This company is a leading supplier and distributor of fluid power systems, hoses and parts. You can find their hoses in a variety of different equipment like lawnmowers or cars —basically anything that passes fluid through it.  

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position where you will work closely with a small team of 3-4 people, taking, pulling and preparing customer orders. You can look forward to working in a relaxed environment where you can learn new skills and move up within the company, even to different locations!

Warehouse Assembler duties:

• Use pick sheets to pick and process customer orders via in-person/over the phone and through e-mail
• Use a tape measure to cut hoses to customer requirements
• Operate a circular saw and crimpers
• Assemble hoses and clamps to customer requirements
• Answer will-call orders as needed

You will be successful in this role if you are comfortable using tools and working with your hands.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $20/hr

Warehouse Assembler Requirements

• 6 months recent work experience
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Able to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable with computers
• Comfortable with occasional customer service
