Do you thrive in a team focused, friendly environment and have a passion for accounting? If so, a well-established local company that creates well-engineered commercial bike products is hiring a Accounting Specialist to join to their growing team in this temporary opportunity!
This company is located in Woodinville and you would be working closely with a small team help support their accounting staff, both at the Woodinville location and in Mukilteo. If you’re curious and eager to learn, have great communication and are a team player, this role could be a great fit! One of their many perks is a flexible schedule! You have the freedom to start your shift anywhere between 730am-8am, and could work anywhere between 32-40 hours week.
As an Account Specialist you can expect to:
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- QuickBooks data entry and reporting
- Reconcile invoices
- interact with vendors on discrepancies
- Other day to day support
Accounting Specialist Requirements:
- 2 Years of Accounting Experience
- Associates Degree in a related field
- Data entry experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and QuickBooks
Schedule: Monday-Thursday OR Friday 7:30am-5pm
Start time flexible between 7am-8am!
Pay: $26.50-31/hr depending on experience
Location: This position is in person in Woodinville, WA
