A leading custom home builder in Tucson, AZ is looking for a Customer Service Representative. If you have a passion for customer service and have a year of experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for a company that has been building homes across the country for the last 50 years.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide prompt responses.
• Greet customer and assistance in person and over the phone.
  Help schedule virtual or in-person appointments between customers and salespeople.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and the sales team.

You will be successful in this role if you have a passion for customer service and can work independently with minimal supervisor.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm

Customer Service Representative Qualification:

• Over a year of customer service experience within any industry including retail, manufacturing, office setting, etc.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Compensation: $18-23/hr. DOE
