This is a full-time, direct-hire position that comes with work-life balance and weekends off. Overtime is available during the week if you're interested in earning a bigger paycheck.

Weld Inspector Job Responsibilities:

• Perform dimension checks and prepare assemblies for weld
• Inspect fabricated products for quality and workmanship
• Maintain In-process and final inspection records
• Communicate defects with foreman and assist shop personnel with reading blueprints
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Weld Inspector Job Requirements:

• Active AWS CWI Certification
• Working knowledge of steel fabrication, stainless and aluminum
• Knowledge of AWS and AISC codes
• Nondestructive testing experience a plus
  
• 3-5 years experience in steel quality inspection

Pay: $32/ hour

Schedule:

• Training Schedule: Monday- Friday 5 am-1:30 pm
• After training: Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm
