This is a Direct-Hire Payroll Clerk position working for a family-owned, small business focused company. In this position you would be supporting the payroll for all contractors supporting the union working with the construction industry. They will even support on-the-job accountant training to further your personal growth!

Payroll Clerk Responsibilities:

• Daily data entry
• Payroll for all contractors
• Reconcile missing hours with the accounting team

Payroll Clerk Requirements:

• Previous payroll or accountant experience preferred
• Experience with data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Work comfortably with confidential information

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $50,000-$75,000
