Schedule: 6am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $50,000+ DOE

- Checking in and coordinating with field technicians
- Proofreading work orders for accuracy and compliance
- Recruiting (reviewing resumes, job fairs, onboarding)
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Creating PDF reports for the Office Manager
Schedule: 6am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $50,000+ DOE
Commercial Construction Office Coordinator Job Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in office coordination
- Computer proficient- Microsoft and Apple products
- MUST have experience working for commercial construction companies
- HR experience- hiring/recruiting
- 2+ years experience in office coordination
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
